Hi, I'm Alex Barrelier, founder of Alex Barrelier Real Estate. I started this company in 2007 with one simple idea: foreigners moving to Panama deserve a real estate experience that is honest, professional and truly tailored to them.
Almost two decades later, that mission has not changed — but the team around me needs to keep growing. I'm not looking for ordinary agents. I'm looking for partners: people who care about clients, who love this country, and who want to build something meaningful with me.

Who I am
I built Alex Barrelier Real Estate as a family-size, technology-driven real estate company focused on offering each client the most suitable solution — never just the easiest sale. I founded it in 2007 and I personally hold an official, locally recognized real estate license here in Panama.
My main market is Panama, with a focus on mid to high-income transactions. I personally manage properties in the heart of Panama City — Casco Viejo, San Francisco, Santa María, Costa del Este — as well as a wide range of beach properties in Bijao, Buenaventura, Coronado and Playa Caracol.
What I do every day
Most of my clients are foreigners looking to invest in Panama. My job goes far beyond selling a property. I help them understand the country, choose the right location, plan their trip, and guide them through the entire purchase process — legal, banking, taxes, paperwork. That high level of service is the reason most of them refer their family and friends to me.
Who I'm looking for
To live up to my standards, I'm looking for self-starting, energetic professionals who want to:
