One Place for Sale and Rental Listings
This hub gathers our sale and rental inventory in a single view. Rather than deciding in advance whether you are a buyer or a tenant, you can scan everything we currently publish and let the properties themselves clarify the decision. People often arrive convinced of one path and leave having chosen the other, usually because seeing both side by side reframes the question from "should I buy or rent" to "which of these actually fits the way I live".
How this page differs from the specialised hubs
The transactional hubs are organised around a decision that has already been made. Our purchase section is built for people evaluating ownership, and our rental section is built for people arranging a place to live. This page is deliberately upstream of both. It exists for the exploratory stage, when the useful thing is breadth: seeing what formats exist in this market, how a townhouse compares with an apartment, how a city tower compares with something coastal, and where your requirements sit within the range that is actually published.
Reading a listing critically
Every listing here follows the same structure, which makes comparison easier once you know where to look. Photographs show condition and light but rarely scale, so read the floor plan and the stated area together. Note whether the area quoted includes terraces and parking. Look at what the building or community offers and, just as importantly, at what it will ask of you every month in maintenance. Check the location against your daily routine rather than against a map, and treat any detail that matters to your decision as something to verify in the documents rather than accept from the description.
Using the filters well
The most productive approach is to filter loosely at first and tighten gradually. Start with location and format, look at everything that comes back, and only then apply narrower constraints. Filtering too tightly at the beginning tends to hide the option you would have liked, particularly in a market where inventory varies and a slightly different configuration often solves the same need. If the grid returns nothing, widen a filter rather than concluding that nothing exists; and if you have a clear brief, tell us and we will search on your behalf, including properties that are not published publicly.
From browsing to a shortlist
A useful shortlist is short. Three or four properties that genuinely meet the brief are more informative than twenty saved tabs, because you can visit them in a single day and compare them against each other rather than against an idea. Visit at the hours you would actually use the property. Bring the questions you care about in writing. Note your reaction on the way out, not the following week — first impressions on site are usually accurate and are easily rewritten by good photographs.
Where to go next
If your direction is already clear, the dedicated hubs are more focused: properties for sale for purchase and properties for rent for tenancy. If you are interested in buying before completion, pre-construction projects explains how that route works. And if you would rather not browse at all, contact us with your requirements — we will send a shortlist and tell you honestly which parts of the brief this market answers easily and which it does not.
Coming back to your search
Very few searches finish in one session. Note the reference of anything that interests you, along with one line about why, because after a dozen listings the reasons blur together and the notes are what let you compare later without starting over. Inventory here moves at its own pace: a property can sit for months and then go quickly, and a similar unit in the same building can appear when you least expect it. Returning to this page every couple of weeks, rather than watching a single listing, gives you a much more accurate feel for what this market actually offers.
